Ayodeji holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law as well as an LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was founding member of the Georgetown Securities and Financial Law Forum. He assists clients throughout Maryland with a variety of legal, tax and financial matters. Prior to founding The Badaki Law Firm, LLC, Ayodeji worked as a legal officer with the International Monetary Fund and in legal and compliance roles with the National Association of Federal Credit Unions.
Ayodeji is an active volunteer and assists low income Maryland residents through the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service. Ayodeji also currently serves as a Commissioner for the Housing Authority for Washington County.

Brock Shriver is an Of Counsel Attorney with the Badaki Law Firm, LLC. Mr. Shriver is a strong litigator who believes in a goal centered approach to meeting the needs of his clients. By utilizing a full range of legal options, he offers the client the best chance of achieving their objectives. Most recently, Mr. Shriver negotiated successful settlement resolutions in land disputes, employment law litigation, and federal transportation law claims.
Mr. Shriver earned his J.D. from New England Law|Boston, cum laude, where he served as a Comments and Notes Editor of the New England Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Shriver served as a judicial intern in the New Hampshire Superior Court and the Massachusetts Superior Court. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Shriver interned in the Circuit Court of Maryland.
Prior to entering law school, Mr. Shriver served as an Electronics Warfare Technician in the United States Navy from 1999 to 2005 where he participated in two deployments to the Arabian Gulf and one to the Sea of Japan.
Mr. Shriver earned his B.S. from Frostburg State University, magna cum laude, where he was double major in Political Science and Law and Society and a Philosophy minor.
